THERAPY FOR WOMEN, AGES 16–64 · TELEHEALTH ACROSS MASSACHUSETTS
A steady, supportive space for depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem.
I work with women navigating a wide range of experiences — from anxiety to depression to trauma and PTSD — offering a strength-based, person-centered space to explore what's going on and start to feel better, at your own pace.
A calm, supportive, collaborative approach to growth
I'm Enid Levangie, LICSW — a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, working individually with women, ages 16–64, on depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and self-esteem. My approach is strength-based and person-centered — designed to meet you where you are and create a safe, comfortable space to explore what you want to work on.
I draw on a range of modalities rather than a single framework, tailoring the mix to what actually helps you learn, grow, and feel steadier in your day-to-day life. You set the pace here — you choose what we focus on each session, and there's never pressure to share more than feels right on a given day.
-
One-on-one support focused on your unique goals.
-
A small-group movement practice for women who have experienced trauma, drawing on Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) — invitational, choice-based, and centered on interoception rather than performance. All bodies are welcome and no yoga experience is needed. Classes are separate from individual therapy and open to any woman in the community, whether or not you're currently working with me one-on-one.
An 8-class series that asks nothing of your current fitness level — every form is offered as an invitation, never a requirement.

A more physically engaged series for those who want it — still unhurried and never intense, just a bit more active in the body.
